Shipping Information

One Planet Zero shop is based in Slovenia, EU and we are working with manufacturers all around the globe, to provide the highest quality sustainable products, that will help you get started with your zero waste and plastic free journey.

We offer free shipping worldwide for all of our products. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver our products to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes up to 2 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 3–4 weeks, if free shipping is selected. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Returns and Refunds

We are absolutely sure you're going to love your new zero waste product, but if you find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn’t right for you, you can easily return it within 30 days of receiving it, using our Return center.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • In original condition.
  • Unused.
  • In the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
